Ugo Galli is a professional Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the implementation of infrastructure and environmental engineering projects covering a wide range of sectors: civil and structural engineering, buildings, water supply and sewer networks, water and wastewater treatment plants, hydraulics, transportation and environmental impact assessment. He has worked extensively with international institutions (United Nations Organizations, European Commission, World Bank, EBRD), local government officials and private sector contractors. He became an expert for EU programs and procedures and as such he has a proven track record in the coordination of complex projects in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Far East.
Throughout such experience, Ugo has acquired project management, contract management and claims management skills and proven leadership qualities. During his career, Ugo also coordinated and overseen the preparation of tender documents carried out by various Companies for national and international projects. Given his vast knowledge in tendering procedures, he also provided assistance to various Contracting Authorities during the bid advertisement process, prequalification and bidding, evaluation and reporting.
He acts as Contract and Claims Management Expert, mostly based on the FIDIC suite of contracts, managing and coordinating engineering projects in the fields of civil structures (in particular infrastructural networks), buildings, urban planning, pipelines, hydraulics and environmental management, power generation (Hydropower plants). As Claims Manager and Head of the Middle East Operations at TE&A, Ugo has brought a great input to our business endeavors.
