Valentin Stoica commenced his career in 2001, after a short two years entry level working experience in the United States. He began working at one of the leading engineering company in Romania, providing services of planning, design, consulting and management of road, environment and air transport infrastructure. He occupied several important positions within this company: Marketing Manager, Marketing and Development Vice-President, and for eight last years, General Manager.
Mr. Stoica has been also elected for a second term as Vice-president of the Romanian Contractors’ Association (ARACO).
Mr. Stoica is the former International Road Federation (Geneva Program) Ambassador for Romania (2009 – 2013), and he was for more than four years a member of the PPP working group of the same organization.
Mr. Stoica has graduated in 2001 from the University of Oklahoma, USA – Michael F. Price College of Business – Business Administration with a double major in International Business and Management. In 2004 he obtained his Master’s Degree in International Business from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. Additionally he completed in 2005 the post-graduate course of Design, Construction and Maintenance of Roads (EUROHOT) from the Bucharest Technical University (CFDP).
